1Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern the provision and use of the Website and the services made available through the Website by SERIDERM UK LIMITED (“SERIDERM UK”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms.
The information available on the Website is provided for general information purposes and does not constitute contractual advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
The User acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and agrees to comply with them in full.
The User confirms that they have the necessary competence and resources to access and use the Website and the Services.
The User uses the information available on the Website at their own responsibility.
Accessing and using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
SERIDERM UK reserves the right to amend these Terms and the functionalities of the Website at any time. Any updated version will be made available on the Website.
2Purpose of the Service
The Services made available through the Website may allow Users, through sections such as “JOIN US”, “CONTACT US”, “REGISTRATION” and “SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER”, to:
- submit a job application;
- submit a contact request;
- be redirected to the website of a Centre in order to make an appointment;
- register for an event, including conferences, meetings, webinars or web conferences organised by SERIDERM UK or potentially organised in partnership with SERIDERM UK;
- subscribe to the SERIDERM newsletter and receive information concerning SERIDERM UK, its activities and developments.
This list is not exhaustive.
The Services are available to Users in accordance with the procedures implemented on the Website.
Use of the Services is personal and non-transferable.
The Website and Services are provided as a technical intermediary only. They do not constitute, in particular:
- an online medical consultation service;
- an emergency medical service;
- a medical diagnosis service; or
- a general medical appointment booking service.
Where applicable, individual Centres may operate their own websites and appointment booking systems.
The information stored through the Services in relation to a User consists of information provided by the User or collected in accordance with the applicable privacy requirements.
SERIDERM UK reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any functionality of the Website or Services where reasonably necessary.
3Personal Data and Privacy
3.1Collection of personal data
The use of certain Services provided through the Website may require the User to provide personal information.
The User is free to use the Website, subject to providing the information necessary for the relevant Service.
The User agrees to provide accurate, truthful, complete and up-to-date personal information.
SERIDERM UK, as the organisation responsible for processing personal data in connection with the Website, will process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended or replaced from time to time.
Where applicable, SERIDERM UK may also be required to comply with other applicable data protection and privacy legislation.

Event registration
- first name and surname;
- email address;
- profession;
- any other information necessary for registration and organisation of the event.
Newsletter subscription
- first name and surname;
- email address.
The email address may also be used, where permitted by applicable law and where appropriate consent or another lawful basis exists, for satisfaction surveys and communications relating to SERIDERM UK.
Personal data may also be used in aggregated and irreversibly anonymised form for statistical and research purposes.
3.3Lawful basis for processing
SERIDERM UK will only process personal data where there is an appropriate lawful basis under the UK GDPR.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

SERIDERM UK may need to request additional information to verify the identity of the person making the request, where reasonably necessary for security and data protection purposes.

6Suspension and Termination of the Service
SERIDERM UK may temporarily suspend the Website or Services where necessary for:
